Voq improves its Voq Smartphone

A few months back we were able to check out a pre-production model of Sierra Wireless'
forthcoming Voq Smartphone, and our initial impressions weren't too great, mainly because we thought its fold-out QWERTY keyboard wasn't so hot (it felt like it was going to break off). We weren't the only ones making that complaint, and apparently someone at Sierra Wireless was listening. Alan Reiter reports that he was able to play with a new version of the phone the other day and that it now sports a sturdier keyboard. It's not as good as the BlackBerry's keyboard, he says, but it is better than what you'll find on the Treo 600.
