Is this a controller for the Xbox 2?

Alright, we're putting on our skeptic hat for this one: a photo has turned up of what is supposed to be a controller for the new Xbox 2. It's the one pictured on the left, and it looks about the same as the original Xbox controller
(which is the one on the right) but is a little smaller and has some of the buttons in different places. We're not saying that this isn't a prototype or anything, or even just a new controller for the regular Xbox, but the guy who posted the pic says he got it from a "friend" of his (it's always a friend, isn't it?), and if we had to wager on it,
we'd bet that this is simply a knock-off made by some anonymous third-party manufacturer somewhere. Anyone out there recognize it?
