The Pocket Photo Album

So the new Pocket Photo Album from MAGPIX is basically a digital photo viewer with a 1.5-inch screen, 16MB of memory, and a slot for popping in an SD or MMC memory card. Oh, and it costs $99, too, which seems like way more than it should be, all things considered. If you're really looking for a convenient way to carry around your digital photos,
put that 99 bucks towards buying a cellphone or smartphone with a memory card slot (lots of the new Nokias have them,
for example). If you hunt around you should be able to find one with a screen that's bigger than the 1.5-inch screen on the Pocket Photo Album and has more memory (seriously, you'd be amazed how little Motorola's MPx200 goes for now). Plus you'll have one less gadget to carry around.
