$391 fine for an unwanted text message

Maybe he should just be happy he didn't get sentenced to three weeks in jail like that girl in Long Island, but some would-be Smoove B in Italy managed to score a $391 fine after sending an unsolicited text message to a woman that read, "Since you appeared before my eyes I can't do anything but think of you." The woman immediately went to the police, and last week a judge found him guilty of harrassment.
Damn.
