German iPod rip-off?

The Mac News Network reports a German retailer is offering an MP3 player that looks suspiciously like an iPod. A little too much like an iPod, if you ask me. The only difference between this product and my iPod is that the German iPod's silver casing makes it look like a hybrid between my iPod and my fridge. My fridge with a click wheel.

And look at those white earbuds! Can this be legal?!
