Uniden's ELX500 cordless phone with Bluetooth

Nah, Uniden hasn't gotten into the cellphone business. Even if it does look like a clamshell-style cellphone and have very cellphone-like feature like a color LCD screen and built-in Bluetooth, Uniden's new ELX500 is most definitely a 5.8GHz cordless landline phone. The built-in Bluetooth is ostensibly for use with a wireless headset, but we've heard some rumblings about the ELX500 being able to pair with a Bluetooth-enabled cellphone so you can make calls through its cellular connection and save money with all those unlimited night and weekend minutes (like that
MERGE cellphone dock we just wrote about the other day).
But that could be wrong.
