ViewEra's inexpensive V191D 19-inch LCD monitor

PC Magazing has a review of the ViewEra V191D, an aggressively priced (around $410) 19-inch LCD monitor that actually isn't completely crappy. The pixel response time (25ms) isn't much to get excited about, but it does have a pretty good 700:1 contrast ratio and the built-in speakers—the one area where you'd think they'd cut some corners—are apparently surprisingly good.
