Mitac Mio 136 standalone GPS
Mitac's Mio 136 GPS system (much like its cuter newly announced sibling, the
Mio 138) can be mounted in a car or used as a handheld device. It's got a 300 MHz Intel XScale CPU, 32MB of memory, a Secure Digital slot, and a 3.5-inch screen.
Unfortunately, the system uses the aging Windows CE .NET 4.2 OS and not the better and newer Windows Mobile, so you may be better off with the Mitac Mio 168, which runs Windows Mobile 2003 and has GPS attached.
