Frispea, the glowing frisbee

For all those that play frisbee at night (or wish to), a German designer has created the Frispea (yeah, so the name needs work) which glows a sad blue at night when it's not in use,
but changes into an orange color when thrown, and red when it rotates even faster. We think it's going to be pretty basic and boring during the day, but we just want to know if it conforms to the official weight standards of the Ultimate (Frisbee) Players Association because it'd be pretty fly to have a night tourny.
