Marvel vs NCSoft: An Examination

Game Girl Advance has a great piece on the Marvel vs NCSoft issue. I've been firmly in the NCSoft camp when I've covered this situation before. I've gone so far as to name the case Marvel vs sanity, etc...  But GGA lay out a very convincing argument for Marvel. The screenshots alone are pretty damning, especially the Cyclops, sorry, Eyeclops one. Somebody in the comments on a previous Heroes story made the argument about it allowing people to infringe copyright, and they have a point.

Go have a read, then make up your own mind. It's a thorny legal issue, and I think some lawyers are going to be getting very rich off of opening this can of worms/hornets nest. (Delete as you feel applicable.)
