Half-Life 2 deathmatch update

Valve are updating the deathmatch component of Half-Life 2 very soon. What goodies can you expect?

New weapons: The Stunstick and The Slam. The update will also see the return of the crowbar. There is also a new map,
called Steamlab.

Perhaps of most interest, though, is the fact that along with this update, it's widely expected that Valve will release the Half-Life 2 Deathmatch SDK. Yes, mods will soon be on their way folks.

The update is expected late this week.
