iPod moves out to its own digs in CA

Like a restless teenager, the iPod has struck out on its own in San Luis Obispo, California. The little player that could has apparently started to pull down so much bling that it's warranted its own store. Shane Williams, owner of the Mac Superstore in San Luis Obispo, has taken advantage of iPod chic to open an entire store dedicated to the little white audio device. The iPod Shop peddles 14 iPod models and over 100 accessories from the host of other third-parties hoping to cash in on the popularity of the device. All well and good for now, but we have to wonder if building a store around a single product is the most sustainable business model.
