Fujitsu Siemens Amilo M4438

Fujitsu has pumped out another
new offering recently: the Fujitsu siemens Amilo M4438 notebook. This one's an eye-catcher at 17-inches worth of high-definition display (1900 x 1200 pixels, yo) powered by a no-nonsense nVidia GeForce Go 6800 graphics chip with 256MB of video RAM. The brains on the unit will be your choice of Intel M processors over a range between 1.6 to 2.13GHz, and will ship with a choice of DDR2 RAM between 256MB on up to 2GB. Hard drive selection will be 120 or 160GB,
with a potential maximum of a whopping 240GB available in the third quarter, thanks to two onboard SATA slots. For connectivity we're looking at FireWire, four USB 2.0, 10/100 Ethernet, 802.11b/g, DVI and S-video out, SPDIF audio out,
and a multi-format card reader supporting SD, MMC, and the ever-lovin' Memory Stick. Also notable besides the digital audio out is the fact that they've managed to squeeze a subwoofer in amongst the set of stereo speakers. Yeah,
