PSP web browser?

Someone has gone and hacked the web browser hidden away in the PSP game Wipeout Pure to make it serve as a regular ol' browser — you know, for surfing the "real world" (wherever that is). The site is down as of this writing, but
mirrors of screenshots (and supposedly video, though we couldn't get it to play) are available.
