Call of Duty gets Deluxed

Call of Duty, a pretty good WW2 shooter it has to be said, is getting the inevitable deluxe treatment. Slap the game, and it's expansion in a nice box, throw in the soundtrack, and a strategy guide nobody will read, then ship it. Easy money!

It was always disappointing that Call of Duty didn't ship with any kind of bots. The multiplayer portion of the game was fantastic. Sadly, there were not bots for those of us who have no interest in playing with griefers, cheats, and those who play 27 hours a day. The somewhat arrogant opinion of the developer was that they didn't need them as the single player was so solid. Which is why the game spent less than two months on my system.

Ah well. If you don't care about such matters, you can now get everything in one box. Enjoy! Besides, you could buy UT2K4 and get the Red Orchestra mod, with bots, for about the same price.
