CNET goes hands-on with Sony's sleek, slightly Gibsonian-looking
Cyber Shot DSC-M1 digital camera, coming out on the positive end of things but not without a few reservations. On the plus side, the 5-megapixel camera seems to take great video, in addition to good still images — not something you often see in a combo unit like this. On the downside, CNET
says the bundled software is "horrible" and that the unusual control layout will take some getting used to. Street price seems to be around $500.
