Hands-on review of Creative Zen Neeon: "failed to wow"
C|Net Asia has walked a day in the
Creative Zen Neeon's shoes and found them hard to navigate. What's going for the Neeon seems to be its low price and small size, and what doesn't seem to be going for it is... anything else, really. Much of the hardware and software interface has been recycled from the
MuVo, such as the often annoying clickable scroll wheel. Though it would have been nice to see a bit more innovation in the controls, at least it's cheap and, so far, no major functional issues reported. Plus, let's not take for granted how easily you can make it look like a cow.
