Managing binary plists

Drew Saur of The Mac Orchard has put together perl wrappers for a few basic plutil applications. For people who manage plists from the command line, they provide some useful tools for managing the plists, like editing with auto-conversion between binary and XML. They also make good templates for writing your own shell or perl scripts to deal with the new binary format.
