Dell to roll out Windows Mobile 5.0 upgrade for Axim X50/X50v… but not til October

Well, the good news is you can do it, but the bad news is you can't do it til October. Owners of Dell Axim X50
series handhelds will be able to purchase an upgrade CD (no download available, and we must ask why?) via Dell's Electronics and Accessories store for $39. If you're just about to purchase an X50 or X50v, your upgrade will be free,
though you'll still have to pay a shipping fee for that CD that shoulda just been a download.
