EMC's new Symmetrix DMX-3 petabyte storage

Here we go again! Normally we don't cover this kind of stuff, but just in case you wanted a quick check-in on what's what in terms of high-end corporate scale business storage solutions, EMC announced their Symmetrix DMX-3, which can store a petabyte of information. Yes, that's a quadrillion bytes, or about a 1,000 terabytes, or about 1,050,000 gigs.
