Hawking HNC230G Wireless-G Network Camera reviewed

If you're looking for a Web-enabled wireless camera to use with a home security system (or to keep an eye on the kids), the Hawking HNC230G Wireless-G Network Camera might be worth checking out. At under $90, the cam comes with web server software, a built-in wireless G router, and mounting hardware. Sure, you only get 6 fps at 320x240, but you're not looking to win an Oscar with this one; just monitoring for intruders (or rowdy rugrats). Craig Froehl of GearBits put some of his own green down on one of these, and found it to be "a budget offering ... that doesn't disappoint."
