Wacky iPod accessories at Sharper Image

I've always thought of Sharper Image as the catalog of interesting things that no one really needs. Today I've had that belief reaffirmed. iLounge has taken a quick look at a couple of goodies that I don't expect to find under the tree this December.

The ZipConnect iPulse is a stereo speaker system for your iPod. As the music plays, the integrated LED lights flash in time with the music. For some reason, this makes me think of the Johnny 5 robot. The iPulse will run you $129US.

Next is the iJoy (I am officially sick of the letter "i"), which is a combination easy chair/iPod dock/speaker system/massage system that "...blends music and massage into the ultimate relaxation experience." Dock your iPod into the armrest and drift away into blissful relaxation for $999US.
