Nintendo to release old-school content for cellphones

Beating Super Mario Brothers in 10 minutes on the old NES is no great feat, but can you do it using your cell's cramped keypad? This challenge may soon be met by Japanese gamers in the form of Nintendo Mobile, a new carrier-supported service that promises a mix of old-and-older-school gaming-related content delivered wirelessly to one's cellphone. Although the roll-out may at first only include ringtones, screensavers and the like, you don't need a crystal ball to see where this is going. Massively multiplayer Mario Kart? Count us in.
