"Well-being" monitor with built-in ionizer

People are going a little ionizer-crazy these days, sticking
devices in the living room, bedroom,
bathroom, in PC drive bays, and even
around their dogs' necks. Well PC Bank of Korea (not a politically correct lending institution; we checked) knows a definite trend when they see one, having just released what may well be the world's first "well-being" monitor. Designed for gamers (who probably aren't the healthiest bunch,
what with the whole lack of fresh air and sunlight thing), the PBM-978PS LCD sports a 5ms refresh rate, 1200:1 contrast ratio, and oddly enough, a built-in ionizer. So now while your eyes are glued to some fps, drool dribbling down your chin, your monitor can be playing a little Space Invaders of its own, shooting those nasty allergens and bacteria right out of the sky. The age of homeopathic gadgets has officially arrived, friends.
