Woman dupes Shropshire, UK villagers into paying for her son's PlayStation
Bridget Marie Taylor — she got game. And she got it by pretending she was a schoolteacher trying to help a little girl hurt in a car accident — but apparently the cash she obtained from villagers in her town of Shropshire, UK was actually to buy her son a PlayStation, which she could not otherwise afford if it weren't for the, uh, kindness of strangers. We here at Engadget are concerned that the Playstation is merely a gateway console, and we hereby advise village dwellers to be on the lookout for pan-handling parents with
Xbox 360's in their eyes.
