Samsung D307 shows up on Cingular

We were wondering how long this was going to take: the
Samsung D307, which
we spotted last month at CTIA, just popped up for sale on Cingular's website. $249 (with a two-year service agreement) gets you an
MPx-like, dual-hinged messaging-centric phone that doesn't run a smartphone OS, but does have tri-band GSM/EDGE, a QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, a 176 x 220, 262,000 color LCD screen, a second external caller ID display, a battery with five hours of talk time, and built-in AIM, Yahoo, and ICQ instant messaging apps (no mention of an email app, but it'd be silly if they didn't include support for POPmail).
