GTA Liberty City Stories delayed?

Bad news for Europe? According to UK distributor Gem, the release of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories
has slipped another week, now set for November 4th across Europe. However, Rockstar would not confirm the delay. Will
LCS be released this Friday as planned? Or will Europe be the victim of the staggered release syndrome again?
