Microsoft still going forward with backwards compatibility
Microsoft has laid to rest rumors
that backwards compatibility efforts—getting Xbox games to run on the Xbox 360—will be on hold until March.
According to MS, the rumors originated from a misinterpreted podcast, prompting the company to make this statement:
"The backward compatibility updates are not on hold, and we're working to deliver them as soon as possible."
An official date for the next update was not specified.
