Ask Engadget Mobile: Unlocked Bluetooth GSM phone for Salling Clicker use?

Well we haven't brought popular Engadget feature "Ask Engadget" over to Tha Mob yet, mainly because none of you have sent in a question yet
(we know all of you can't be cellphone experts, and if you are, hit us up for a job)! We'll start things off with a question from Jeff, who needs help finding a Salling Clicker-capable phone that works with his carrier. Jeff writes:

I am in the market for a new mobile phone. My service provider is Cincinnati Bell and I am looking for an unlocked GSM phone with Bluetooth and compatible with Salling Clicker. Can you or readers of Engadget Mobile recommend a phone and/or where I can find a good deal?

There must be a ton of people out there with the exact setup that Jeff needs- could you, would you, please take the time to help a fellow reader out?
