The Daily Grind: April Fool's debunking
Happy April 1st everyone, and welcome to the day when you absolutely, positively cannot trust anything that you read in gaming news. Normally, we'd put an interesting question, or a curious topic here, but this morning we're going to dedicate this early topic to pointing out April Fool's jokes — and we need your help! As April Fool's tomfoolery is discovered, leave us a comment about it. That way we'll all be able to tell what is and isn't going on today — and it means we can all check out some things that we may have missed otherwise. A few early "prank" examples we're aware of currently are:
- Baron Soosdon claiming that he will no longer be making machinima films
- Blizzard introducing an epic Bard class in Wrath of the Lich King and making Molten Core for consoles.
- Wowhead's front page got a Thottbot reskin
