When it comes to the ins and outs of Warhammer Online, not every scenario is strictly about furthering the cause of Destruction over Order (or vice versa). Having managed to successfully avoid our desire for bad jokes about this image thus far, we'll turn it over to him to explain:

"MisterMugglez, the level 25 Black Orc, has to go... go right now. If you know anything about bathroom habits of the Black Orcs, it is really unwise to get in their way — if you know what I mean. However, a Penitent Inquisitor outside of the Sigmarite Temple in Blackfire Pass, does exactly that; taking their life into their own hands to save their spot in line. Foolish."
